They do not want to admit even Abstract in the materials of the Conference. I rewrote Abstract four times.

Abstract It is shown that the energy-momentum pseudotensors of the gravitation field, which were proposed by Einstein or Landau and Lifshitz, give a positive contribution to the expression of the total mass-energy for a gravitation field plus the matter located in it in the case of a quasi-static isolated system. However, as is well known, mass-energy of the gravitation field is negative. So, the pseudotensors incorrectly represent the gravitational field at least in this case.

Abstract Einstein and others proposed to describe the mass-energy of the gravitational field by a pseudotensor in order to extend the conservation law to the gravitational interaction in the frame of the General Relativity.[E2] We calculated the contribution of the pseudotensor to the total mass of a stationary material body and its gravitational field. It turned out that this contribution is positive. However, as is known, the mass-energy of a stationary gravitational field is negative. We concluded that the pseudotensor incorrectly describes the energy of the gravitational field.

[E2] Please do not refer to other studies and do not give any information that requires citations. As the abstract should be self-contained, you are kindly requested to remove such information from your abstract.

I rewrote the Abstract on 2017-12-02 again, and I sent version 3

Version 3 was ignored, and a repetition of version 2 comments was received on 2017-12-04

I rewrote the Abstract on 2017-12-04 again, and I sent version 4. I added:

“The abstract should include  an introductory statement that outlines the background of the study.

Accordingly, our statement “As is well known, the role of the energy-momentum pseudotensor of the gravitational field is to extend the conservation law to the gravitational interaction” outlines the background of the study. This statement does not require citation”.
